Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm, and Thoughtworks, a global technology consultancy that integrates design, engineering and AI, have announced the launch of a new AI-focused venture designed to help companies manage business transformation and turn AI ambition into measurable business outcomes. As companies invest heavily in AI infrastructure and modernisation, many struggle to translate ambition into results. The new joint venture is built to close that gap. The Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute( ASTRI) has announced the successful completion of its merger with the Nano and Advanced Materials Institute( NAMI), creating Hong Kong’ s largest government-funded research and development( R & D) centre. The integration combines ASTRI’ s expertise in information and communication technologies with NAMI’ s advanced materials capabilities, forming a comprehensive applied R & D platform comprising 800 research professionals.
