• We are actively pursuing a complete Digital Transformation( 23 %)
• We are in the early stages of evaluating our options( 19 %)
• We are focused on modernising specific departments or functions( 27 %)
• We have not yet prioritised Digital Transformation( 31 %) enabler. This could suggest cloud applications are being considered as tactical solutions rather than as an entirely transformative process. x

The data signals a digital maturity gap. While most respondents are at least exploring modernisation – and a quarter are actively pursuing a complete Digital Transformation – almost a third haven’ t yet prioritised this which could see organisations relying on legacy systems that may be inefficient or less secure.
Those modernising specific departments only are taking a fragmented approach that could create silos and uneven policy enforcement. The overarching theme is that the variable pace of change – from complete inaction to piecemeal modernisation – represents a clear challenge to realising a unified, end-to-end Digital Transformation.
