Tell us a bit more about your business and how it started .

Integrity360 was founded in 2005 in Dublin , Ireland , as a cybersecurity solutions provider . The company began as a traditional Value Added Reseller ( VAR ) by offering cyber-managed security technology consultancy services and has since evolved into a leading Managed Security Services Provider ( MSSP ) alongside expanding our offerings to include a comprehensive suite of cybersecurity services such as incident response , security testing and cyber-risk management . Over the years , Integrity360 has grown into one of the leading cybersecurity specialists in Europe , serving a diverse range of industries including financial services , healthcare , telecoms and the public sector .

How has the business grown since it started and how did you ensure growth ?

Since its inception , Integrity360 has expanded significantly , growing from the initial team of three employees to now over 550 resources operating across eight countries with offices and four Security Operations Centres ( SOCs ). The company has driven growth through strategic acquisitions such as the purchase of Advantio and Netsecure , which have expanded its service offerings and geographic reach . Investment in talent and technology has also been a key driver , allowing the company to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape .
