For example , everyone in Insights is currently taking their Explore profile – a concise version of our flagship tool , Discovery . This tool enhances self-awareness through the use of colour energies . We also gave all our people a chance to share Explore with family and friends .
By practising this , we maintain a clear picture of how we present ourselves as an organisation , identify our leading preferences and potential gaps and understand how our sales teams , functions , leaders and managers show up . This self-awareness allows us to support , communicate and collaborate more effectively , ensuring we work together seamlessly for the service of our customers .
