Digital success stories were celebrated and honoured at Lynchpin Media ’ s inaugural Intelligent ICT Awards Africa . The event took place at Katy ’ s Palace Bar in
Johannesburg and showcased IT success stories
from across the continent , with CIOs , CISOs , data
centre teams , channel chiefs and business leaders
all recognised .
The awards , sponsored by Open Access Data
Centres , TP-Link , Netcore Cloud , Africa Data Centres ,
First Distribution and Microsoft , featured six
categories that celebrated the achievements of
both end-users and vendors .

Around 180 nominations were submitted for the awards , with each one reviewed and scored by an independent jury panel to ultimately select the winners . The evening was hosted by Arthur Goldstuck .
Jodie Harris , Events Manager with Lynchpin Media and organiser of the Intelligent ICT Awards Africa , said : “ The event was a huge success – there was a real celebratory atmosphere and everyone in the room was so supportive of each win .
“ Our vision to create something different in the ICT awards scene – through an informal , fun event that fosters networking and connections – was truly realised .
