HM Land Registry selects Symatrix to run its payroll

Symatrix , a Manchester-based Oracle HCM and ERP partner , has announced that HM Land Registry has chosen its fully managed payroll service , SymplyPay , based on Oracle Cloud Payroll , to deliver accurate , reliable and timely salary payments for its 6,700-strong employee base .

Symatrix is now HM Land Registry ’ s payroll team , responsible for running and administering the new integrated payroll solution , and for the payroll operation as a whole . This followed hard on the heels of Symatrix participating in a rigorous design and testing process before carrying out parallel runs of existing and new systems .
With the new payroll service now fully implemented , HM Land Registry ’ s HR data flows seamlessly to the new payroll .

Land Registry to keep data fully up-todate and boost accuracy . This was not possible previously when the organisation had to run two separate systems .
With Symatrix managing the entire payroll process , the use of SymplyPay also enables HM Land Registry to benefit from simplified data checking . To complement this , Symatrix can immediately update the service to account for any legislative changes that occur .
This year , it will also provide the government department with full support and resolutions to any technical issues as part of its service .
The project is one example of a growing trend among government organisations to shift towards a single integrated payroll solution to improve efficiencies , with more organisations exploring such services post-pandemic .
